Listening ABBA's The Day Before You Came here.. made me wonder if Tanita's performed any other covers than this song? There's of course 'And I Think Of You' but it's not entirely classified as cover - Tanita translated the lyrics. Any songs that she's only performed on tours..?

She's performed You Sexy Thing by Hot Chocolate or There Ain't No Cure For Love by Leonard Cohen. Does Redemption Song count as a cover? As far as I remember it was sung by Bob Marley so I guess it does. Oh, and she also covered Domino by Van Morrison.
There's also Loving You - by Elvis the Pelvis  Wink
And Timber by.... who?

I've never heard about Timber or There Ain't No Cure for Love. When were these performed? Do you have any recordings of these performances?

There's a new swap site listing these and other covers, and lots of other rare Tanita stuff for trade. Hop on to http://tanitat.webpark.pl.

Hello people  Smiley

I've just found this on YouTube. It is the original version of And I Think of You by Lucio Battisti, recorded live back in 1971. The studio version of this song is less noisy  Wink And it's funny how Tanita kept the original concept of the song, and yet, she could make it even better.
