Bad news about TT fan

Hi!
I don't know have you heard it earlier or not so let me write here. Few days ago I got very sad news, a letter from Thomas Schmidt's sister:

"Hi Boleslaw,
I am the sister from Thomas. ( Please apologize my bad englisch!)
I must send you a terrible message.
Thomas died on 3. Dezember 2006.
He died suddenly without any reasons in the night in his flat.
Our parents found him lying dead on a chair. It seems that he had a 
brain attack and so he didn´t had any pain.
It was unbelievable and we are still very sad...

I knew Thomas mostly from letters and few photos, we met only once probably, but it's been, of course, shocking news for me. Decided to write it just now, a few days before first anniversary of his suddenly death.

Rest In Peace Thomas.

OMG, I didn't know about it. I met Thomas several times. Sad, sad news :( And just recently I was wondering what had happened to the TT Fanpage he maintained, but I didn't expect such news.

HOW TERRIBLE TO HEAR ABOUT THE PASSING OF DR. THOMAS SCHMIDT!!!  HE WAS A GREAT MAN WHOSE TANITA TIKARAM FAN SITE WAS WONDERFUL AND OFFERED A NICE OPPORTUNITY FOR FREE EXPRESSION ABOUT TANITA'S MUSIC.  I WILL MISS HIM

I didn't know that as well ... very sad news indeed ...  :(
Thomas's TT fanpage was one of my regular stops .

I haven't been on the forum a lot lately and must have missed this message.

Dave and myself are very shocked and saddened by this news. Thomas was such a nice man.
Just found his last email to me dated 30th August 2005. He wrote then that we might meet one day where we live as his friend's friend lived nearby and he'd forgotten on an earlier trip that we lived so close. So sad this will never happen.

We spent a few days together with Thomas and some Polish friends in Sopot in 1998 and had a great time. Will always remember Thomas for these happy times and getting us into TT's hotel foyer as he'd booked a room in the same hotel.

Rest in peace Thomas.

Haven't been on the site for a while, really sorry to hear about the sudden passing of Thomas. Although i never met him i frequented his online sites. :(
