I recently was reading through some reviews of new artists, unfortunately i can't remember which magazine, and came upon a review of a new artist Susie Suh. Within the review, which they thought was incredible, they made comparisons, one being to Tanita. Within a few minutes I was able to find information as well as a few sites to listen to some samples of her songs. I have to say, though I don't believe in comparing artists, this is the first time since hearing Tanita back in 1989 that I have been so mesmerized by a singer. The voice, songwriting & arrangement I find similar to Tanita's earlier music, but most of all the mood of the music is what I find so captivating.
I would be very curious as to what others were to think about Susie Suh.
