IT'S ALL ABOUT THE MUSIC

HELLO COMRADES:

IN THE PAST FEW DAYS I HAVE SEEN POSTINGS ABOUT TANITA DOING TOO FEW INTERVIEWS OR NOT HAVING ENOUGH PRINT PUBLICITY FOR "SENTIMENTAL."

FOR ME, I WANT TO BE VERY THANKFUL ABOUT THE FACT THAT THERE IS A NEW ALBUM, IT IS STUNNING & TANITA'S MUSIC KEEPS GOING IN THE THESE TOUGH TIMES FOR THE MUSIC INDUSTRY.  IN SPITE OF EVERYTHING, WE HAVE BEEN GIVEN THIS GIFT.  I AM VERY APPRECIATIVE.

EVERY DAY AS I HEAR SENTIMENTAL I CELEBRATE!!  PATRYK

I don't think people are ungrateful when they say she's been doing too few interviews, they're just concerned about Tanita's sales and awareness of the album. Myself btw, I read an interview and two reviews somewhere, then I went out and bought the album, recovered all my old albums and bought the ones I didn't have to date. Then I ended up here. The album is scattered all over the cities nearby, some stores stocked up a lot somehow. So the promotion worked fine in my life.

Thanks Patrick for the wise words! We totally agree that it's great to have another album and and enjoy new TT music but reading all the great reviews it is still a shame that there is not more promotion so more people get to hear about the album!!
But on the other hand TT has been there, done it so maybe she doesn't want to be as high-profile as with AH and do so many interviews etc which is totally understandable.  We just find it a bit frustrating that the British press seem to appreciate the new album but it hasn't ranked high at all in the charts and maybe with some more promotion it could have done?!

I THINK ANOTHER WORTHWHILE THING FOR US ALL TO DO NOW IS TO ENCOURAGE TANITA TO KEEP MAKING AND RECORDING MUSIC!  I KNOW SHE APPRECIATES THE SUPPORT FROM HER GREAT FANS IN THIS COMMUNITY.  THE MUSIC LIVES ON FOREVER!
