I hope Jan won't kill me if I post here about the latest Mike Oldfield album, which has just been released. It's General Music Chat so generally speaking "Tr3s Lunas" is out now. I heard the first single today, which is why I got so excited about buying the album. Any other Oldfield maniacs out there?

I'll continue the story as soon as I get my hands on that CD..

It's been over a week since I started listening to T3L and the CD hasn't left my CD player. If you're into chill out stuff, it's quite good, I must say. I'm still struggling with the MusicVR, though. I hear Mike is gonna be online as an Avatar everyday at 6pm GMT.

Mmm I believe the original idea for Tubular Bells wasn't at all connected with exorcism, just that it was turned into a movie score for that infamous film. Yikes!
The music itself is quite spooky at times.
Tres Lunas is more accessible, but I must say I'm not as excited about it as I used to. It was fun for a while, but the novelty wore off (sigh..).  Nowadays the CD is collecting dust particles along with several hundred others.  :)

I need a new inspiration! Quick.

Dee Dee:

Have you heard the soundtrack to THE MISSION by Ennio Morricone?  It is stunning and the perfect cure for an exorcism!! :-*

I still have an old, worn out cassette with the Mission somewhere, but I'm not really into that kind of music - reminds me of 1492 by Vangelis, believe it or not.

Oh, has it? ;)
I guess we're the only freaks in this forum to be talking about exorcism. Well, come to think of it, it wasn't ME who started talking about it......  ahem... ;D

 ;)
